BIM技术在提升建设项目品质的落地应用研究

Research on application of BIM technology in improving the quality of construction projects

随着国家政策的推广及建筑业从业人员思想开阔,BIM技术逐渐被人熟知并研究应用,但大部分是服务于施工单位,被应用于施工过程,辅助现场施工管理,无法实现更大范围的应用推广。文章阐述以建设方为BIM应用主要牵头人,协同项目各参与方以实际建设项目为试点,如乌山郡、观湖郡等。从建设方及用户角度出发,运用BIM技术,切实着重关注项目的品质、美观、经济及使用舒服度等方面,深度挖掘BIM技术在提升建筑品质上的应用潜力与价值,从而达到提升建设项目品质的目的,同时还可以将BIM运用模式复制推广,逐步实现项目全覆盖,有一定的推广借鉴的意义。

With the promotion of national policies and the open mind of the construction industry practitioners,BIM Technology is gradually known and studied and applied,but most of them serve the construction units,are applied to the construction process,auxiliary site construction management,can not achieve a wider range of application and promotion.This paper takes the construction party as the main leader,cooperates with the project participants,and takes the actual construction project as the pilot,such as Wushan County,Guanhu County,etc.From the perspective of the construction party and users,BIM Technology is used to focus on the quality and beauty of the project In order to improve the quality of construction projects,we should deeply tap the application potential and value of BIM Technology in improving the quality of construction projects.At the same time,we can copy and promote the BIM application mode,and gradually realize the full coverage of the project,which has a certain significance of promotion and reference.
