摘要
研究目的旨在开发一种可视化城市规划规范以支持规划决策的计算机辅助技术。城市规划规范与街道轮廓、建筑形态具有很深的关联性。其中,城市规划管理技术规定是城市规划管理重要的技术支撑,极大地影响城市建筑的特征。通过对福建省城市规划规范建立可视化模型,能帮助行业相关各方直观地观察到规范对城市空间形态的影响和作用,审查建筑的合规性,研究规范的合理性,为进一步分析提供更大可能。以省规容量指标控制为初步研究对象,在CityEngine平台上利用CGA规则构建算法,以地块条件为参数高效地生成建筑容量控制模型,即在省规控制下能够建设的最大建筑体量,验证了规范可视化技术的潜力。
The purpose of this study is to develop a computer-aided technology that could visualize urban planning regulations for planning support.Planning regulations are deeply related to city blocks and building form.Among them,the Technical Provisions of Urban Planning Management in China are important technical support for urban planning management,greatly affecting the characteristics of buildings in city.Visualization of urban planning regulations of Fujian and generation of the regulations model can help relevant organizations intuitively observe the impact of urban planning regulations on urban spatial forms,reviewing the legality of buildings,studying the rationality of regulations,providing possibilities of further analysis.In this paper,taking the Capacity Index as the preliminary study object,we build algorithms by CGA rules in CityEngine,and generate building models under the capacity control efficiently with the base conditions as parameters,which is the maximum building mass that can be built under regulations.We try to generate more than thousands regulation models only spending few seconds,which visualizes how capacity control rule affect city forms.It verifies the potential of visualization of urban planning regulations.
