医护一体化在首台手术准点开台率中的应用

Application of the Integration of Medical Care and Nursing in the Punctual Opening Rate of the First Operation

目的探讨医护一体化的实施对于提高首台手术准点开台率的影响。方法随机选取该院在2020年3—8月期间接受首台手术的292例患者进行研究,以实施医护一体化的前后,分为对照组(实施前:2020年3—5月)和观察组(实施后:2020年6—8月)各146例,同时对参与首台手术的45名护理人员进行调查,对比两组患者首台手术准点开台率、护理满意度的差异性,对于护理人员的手术室护理质量进行评价。结果与对照组相比,观察组的首台手术准点开台率及以及护理满意度相对更高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。与实施手术室医护一体化前相比,实施手术室医护一体化后,护理人员在基础保障、转运交接、操作技能以及服务态度等方面的护理质量评分相对更高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在手术室管理工作中,实施医护一体化,可以有效提高首台手术准点开台率,进而促进手术室周转,确保手术治疗高效、顺利进行。

Objective To explore the impact of the implementation of the integration of medical care on improving the punctual opening rate of the first operation.Methods Rardomly selected 292 patients who undement the first surgery in the hospital from March to August 2020 for research.Before and after the implementation of medical care integration,they were divided into a control group(before implementation:March to May 2020)and an observation group(after implementation:June to August 2020),with 146 cases in each group,and 45 nursing staff who participated in the first operation were surveyed at the same time,and the differences in the punctual opening rate of the first surgery and nursing satisfaction between the two groups of patients were compared.The quality of care in the operating room was evaluated.Results Compared with the control group,the punctual opening rate and nursing satisfaction of the observation group were relatively higher,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Compared with the implementation of the integration of medical care in the operating room,after the implementation of the integration of medical care in the operating room,the nursing staff scored relatively higher in terms of basic security,transfer and handover,operating skills,and service attitudes,and the difference was statistically significan(P<0.05).Conclusion In the management of the operating room,the implementation of the integration of medical care and nursing can effectively improve the punctual opening rate of the first operation,thereby promoting the turnover of the operating room and ensuring the efficient and smooth operation of surgical treatment.
