精神科护士防暴技能的培训需求及效果

The Demand and Effect of Psychiatric Nurses'Anti-riot Skills Training

目的研究观察精神科护士防暴技能的培训需求及效果。方法观察对象(精神科护士)共取样54名,于2019年1—6月引导其接受防暴技能培训活动,研究对比培训前后护士心理状态情况、SCL-90量表结果、工作压力源情况、考核成绩,据此综合判断防暴技能培训效果。结果培训后,护士SAS评分为(31.19±5.81)分、SDS评分为(26.05±6.39)分,低于培训前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);培训后,护士SCL量表、工作源压力低于培训前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);培训后,护士应急能力、防暴技能、护患沟通、精神科风险评估考核成绩均高于培训前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对精神科护士而言,防暴技能的培训具有显著应用价值,不仅可避免抑郁、焦虑情况,还可降低工作压力,提升考核成绩,值得推广。

Objective To study and observe the training needs and effects of psychiatric nurses'anti-riot skills.Methods A total of 54 cases of observation subjects(psychiatric nurses)were sampled.They were guided to receive anti-riot skills training activities from January to June 2019,to study and compare the psychological status of nurses before and after training,the results of the SCL-90 scale,and the source of work pressure,assessment results,comprehensively judge the effectiveness of anti-riot skills training based on this.Results After training,the nurses'SAS score was(31.19±5.81)points and the SDS score was(26.05±6.39)points,which was lower than before the training,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);after training,nurses'SCL scale and work source stress score was lower than before the training,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);after the training,the nurses'emergency response ability,anti-riot skills,nurse-patient communication,and psychiatric risk assessment scores were all higher than before the training,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion For psychiatric nurses,the training of anti-riot skills has significant application value.It can not only avoid depression and anxiety,but also reduce work pressure and improve assessment results.It is worthy of promotion.
