基于“问题式学习”教学方法在检验科临床带教的效果分析 被引量:3

摘要 目的探索分析基于“问题式学习”的教学方法在检验科临床带教中的应用效果。方法选择2017年7月—2019年7月在该院检验科进行临床实习的42名实习生为研究对象,随机划分成两组,每组21名。对照组实习生采用常规带教方法;实验组实习生基于“问题式学习”展开临床带教;对比带教结束后两组实习生的成绩结果,以及评估其对带教方法的满意度。结果对两组实习生实习期结束后的理论考试成绩、实践操作考核成绩进行分析,发现实验组实习生理论考试平均成绩优于对照组实习生,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);在生化检验、免疫检验、临床检验以及微生物检验上的实践操作考核成绩评分均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);在对教学内容、计划安排、教学质量、师生沟通、教学氛围的带教模式满意度评价上,实验组实习生满意度明显更高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在医学检验科临床带教中采用基于“问题式学习”的教学方法,有利于提高带教教学效果,对强化实习生理论知识、实践操作能力具有一定意义,且实习生乐于接受、满意度反馈良好。 Objective To explore and analyze the application effect of the teaching method based on"problem-based learning"in clinical teaching of laboratory department.Methods Selected 42 interns who performed clinical internships in the laboratory of the hospital from July 2017 to July 2019 as the main research objects;and randomly divided them into two groups according to the principle of prospective grouping,21 internships in each group.The interns in the control group followed the conventional teaching method;the interns in the experimental group carried out clinical teaching based on"problem-based learning";the performance results of the two groups of interns were compared after the teaching,and their satisfaction with the teaching methods was evaluated.Results The theoretical test scores and practical operation evaluation scores of the two groups of interns after the end of the internship period were analyzed.It was found that the average theoretical test scores of the interns in the experimental group were better than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).And the scores of biochemical test,immunnological test,clinical test and miorobiological test were better than those of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);in terms of the satisfaction evaluation of the angled mode of teaching content,planning,teaching quality,teacher-student communication,and teaching atmosphere,the experimental group of the satisfaction degree of interns was significantly higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The"problem-based learning"teaching method used in clinical teaching of medical laboratory is conducive to improving the teaching effect,and has a certain meaning for strengthening the theoretical knowledge and practical operation ability of the interns,and the interns are willing to accept and the satisfaction feedback is good.
