短期集中模拟培训在血液透析科室护理实训教学中效果评价

Evaluation of the Effect of Short-term Concentrated Simulation Training in Nursing Practice Teaching in Hemodialysis Department

目的探究在血液透析科室护理实训教学中应用短期集中模拟培训效果评价。方法选取2019年6月—2020年7月该院血液透析科室护士70名,根据培训模式分成A组(传统护理教学)、B组(短期集中模拟培训),观察两组护士综合考试成绩及科室护士满意度调查评分情况。结果B组科室护士评判性思维能力、分析问题能力、突发应急事件处理能力、思维逻辑性以及专业成绩等评分明显高于A组,差异有统计学意义(t=14.258、13.359、18.402、21.732、20.257,P<0.001);B组科室护士掌握基本知识、明确学习目的、激发学习兴趣、提高学习主观能动性、加强沟通表达能力以及营造学习氛围等评分显著高于A组,差异有统计学意义(t=52.594、48.555、40.351、21.076、34.883、25.236,P<0.001)。结论将短期集中模拟培训法应用在血液透析科室护理实训教学中,可有效提高科室护士对于自身综合能力素质水平,提升护士培训教学满意程度。

Objective To explore the effect evaluation of the application of short-term concentrated simulation training in nursing training teaching in the hemodialysis department.Methods Selected 70 nurses in the hemodialysis department of the hospital from June 2019 to July 2020,and divide them into group A(traditional nursing teaching)and group B(short-term concentrated simulation training)according to the training mode.Observed the comprehensive examination results of the two groups of nurses and the scoring situation of the nurse satisfaction survey in the department.Results The critical thinking ability,problem analysis ability,emergency response ability,thinking logic and professional performance,etc.scores of the department nurses in group B were significantly higher than those in group A,the difference was statistically significant(t=14.258,13.359,18.402,21.732,20.257,P<0.001);the scores of department nurses in group B for mastering basic knowledge,clarifying learning goals,stimulating learning interest,improving learning initiative,strengthening communication and expression skills,and creating a learning atmosphere were significantly higher than those of group A,the difference was statistically significant(t=52.594,48.555,40.351,21.076,34.883,25.236,P<0.001).Conclusion Applying the short-term concentrated simulation training method in the nursing training and teaching in the hemodialysis department can effectively improve the quality level of the nurses in the department for their own comprehensive abilities,and improve the degree of satisfaction with the training and teaching of nurses.
