摘要
目的探讨发热门诊护理带教中PDCA循环法的应用效果。方法根据数字随机法将2018年1月—2019年1月在该院发热门诊科室实习的护理专业学生68名进行随机分组,对照组34名采取常规护理带教方法,研究组34名采取PDCA循环法进行护理带教,比较两组教学质量以及护理专业学生对护理带教方法的满意度差异。结果研究组护理专业实习生的理论知识成绩、实践操作考核成绩均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(t=10.307、10.232,P<0.001);研究组护理专业学生对护理带教方法的满意度(97.06%)高于对照组(76.47%),差异有统计学意义(χ2=4.610,P=0.032)。结论发热门诊护理带教中PDCA循环法的应用效果良好,可有效提高护理带教质量,并提高专业学生对护理带教方法的满意度,值得借鉴。
Objective To explore the application effect of PDCA circulation method in nursing teaching in fever clinic.Methods From January 2018 to January 2019,68 nursing students who practiced in the fever clinic of the hospital were randomly divided according to the number of random distances.34 students in the control group adopted conventional nursing teaching methods,and 34 in the study group adopted the PDCA cycle method to carry out nursing teaching methods.The differences in the teaching quality of the two groups and the satisfaction of nursing students with the nursing teaching methods were compared.Results The theoretical knowledge scores and practical performance assessment scores of the nursing interns in the study group were higher than those of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(t=10.307,10.232,P<0.001);The nursing students in the study group were satisfied with the nursing teaching methods(97.06%)was higher than the control group(76.47%),the difference was statistically significant(χ2=4.610,P=0.032).Conclusion The PDCA cycle method in fever clinic nursing teaching has a good application effect,which can effectively improve the quality of nursing teaching and improve the satisfaction of professional students with nursing teaching methods.It is worth learning.
