摘要
目的探讨改良式以病例为基础的学习(case based learning,CBL)在心血管内科见习带教中的实践体会。方法将该院2016年1月—2020年1月50名心血管内科临床见习生,双盲随机法分为两组。对照组给予常规CBL教学,实验组实施改良式CBL教学。比较两组对教学工作的评价、心血管内科临床理论成绩、心血管内科临床操作技能评分。结果实验组对教学工作的评价高于对照组,心血管内科临床理论成绩、心血管内科临床操作技能评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论心血管内科临床见习生实施改良式CBL教学效果确切,可提高心血管内科临床见习生的临床实践能力,见习生对这种教学方法认可度高。
Objective To explore the practical experience of modified case based learning(CBL)in the internship of cardiovascular medicine.Methods From January 2016 to January 2020,50 clinical trainees in the Department of Cardiology in the hospital were divided into two groups by double-blind randomization.The control group was given conventional CBL teaching,and the experimental group was given modified CBL teaching.The evaluation of teaching work,clinical theoretical performance of cardiovascular medicine,and clinical operation skill score of cardiovascular medicine were compared between the two groups.Results The experimental group's evaluation of teaching work was higher than that of the control group.The clinical theoretical scores of cardiovascular medicine and the scores of clinical operation skills of cardiovascular medicine were higher than those of the control group.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The effect of improved CBL teaching for clinical trainees in cardiovascular medicine is definite,which can improve the clinical practice ability of clinical trainees in cardiovascular medicine,and the trainees have a high degree of recognition of this teaching method.
