摘要
近年来,我国频频爆发食品安全事件,如“皮革奶”事件、“地沟油”事件、“瘦肉精”事件、鸭舌制品含甜蜜素波事件、硫磺熏制“毒生姜”事件、这些食品安全事件不仅会对人们的身体健康及生命安全构成严重威胁,同时还会影响社会和国家的稳定发展,因此,为保障我国食品安全,我国已经制定和出台了食品安全保护法,食品安全保护法指出食品检测机构需不断加强食品检测工作,尽早查明各类食品中存在的安全问题,并及时采取有效对策进行处理,才能最大限度地保障我国国民生命健康安全。该文主要简述了食品检验的概念及其在保障食品安全中的重要性,并分析了我国食品检验工作的局限性,最后,提出了几点提升我国食品检验工作质量的对策。
In recent years,food safety incidents have occurred frequently in China,such as the“leather milk”incident,“waste oil”incident,“clenbuterol”incident,duck tongue products containing sodium cyclamate wave,sulfur smoked“poisonous ginger”incident,these food safety incidents not only pose a serious threat to people’s health and life safety,but also affect the stable development of society and the country.Therefore,in order to ensure food safety in China,China has formulated and promulgated a food safety protection law.The Protection Law states that food inspection agencies need to continuously strengthen food inspection work,as soon as possible to identify safety problems in various foods,and take effective countermeasures to deal with them in a timely manner,in order to maximize the protection of the life and health of our people.This article mainly outlines the concept of food inspection and its importance in ensuring food safety,and analyzes the limitations of our country's food inspection work.Finally,several countermeasures to improve the quality of our country's food inspection work are put forward.
