青岛市市南区卫生计生综合监督执法局近5年内投诉举报受理情况分析

Analysis on the Acceptance of Complaints and Reports from the Health and Family Planning Comprehensive Supervision and Law Enforcement Bureau of Shinan District,Qingdao City in the Past Five Years

为提供优质高效的政务热线服务,提高卫生监督综合执法水平。该文通过对市南区卫生计生综合监督执法局2015年1月—2019年12月的投诉举报数量、专业、缘由分布及立案查处情况进行统计分析。研究发现投诉举报数量呈上升趋势,公众在公共场所卫生方面的维权意识不断增强,非法行医问题仍是投诉举报的焦点,卫生监督执法效能有待提高。执法部门需完善投诉举报制度,加强全过程监管力度,深化改革执法体系,创新信息化的监管机制。全力提升群众满意度,保障和提高群众健康水平。

In order to provide high-quality and efficient government hotline services,improve the comprehensive law enforcement level of health supervision.This article coducts a statistical analysis of the number of complaints and reports,specialty,reason distribution,and investigation and handling of the Shinan District Health and Family Planning Comprehensive Supervision and Enforcement Bureau from January 2015 to December 2019.The study found that the number of complaints and reports was on the rise,the public's awareness of rights protection in public health was increasing,the problem of illegal medical practice was still the focus of complaints and reports,and the effectiveness of health supervision and law enforcement needs to be improved.Law enforcement agencies need to improve the complaint and report system,strengthen the supervision of the whole process,deepen the reform of the law enforcement system,and innovate the information-based supervision mechanism.Efforts will be made to improve the satisfaction of the masses and ensure and improve the health of the masses.
