摘要
目的探究医院医护人员工作满意度水平及影响因素。方法于2018年11—12月采用工作满意度调查表(Job Satisfaction Survey,JSS)对700名医护人员进行问卷调查,分析其工作满意度及其影响因素。结果总体工作满意度平均得分(121.17±15.12)分;薪酬、晋升、福利、工作流程维度满意度平均得分较低;领导、同事关系、工作性质维度满意度平均得分较高;Logistic回归分析显示工作年限、每周工作时间、是否经历过医闹事件、医患关系感知是总体工作满意度的影响因素。结论总体工作满意度水平不高,重点应放在工作流程优化、医患关系改善、提供专业发展和晋升机会等方面。
Objective To explore the job satisfaction level and influencing factors of hospital medical staff.Methods From November to December 2018,a job satisfaction survey(Job Satisfaction Survey,JSS)was used to conduct a questionnaire survey of 700 medical staff Analyzed its job satisfaction and its level of influence.Results The average score of overall job satisfaction was(121.17±15.12)points;the average score of satisfaction with salary,promotion,benefits,and work process dimensions was lower;the average score of satisfaction with leadership,colleague relations,and the nature of work was relatively higher;Logistic regression analysis showed that working years,weekly working hours,whether they have experienced medical troubles,and the perception of doctor-patient relationship were the influencing factors of overall job satisfaction.Conclusion The overall job satisfaction level is not high,and the focus should be on optimizing the work process,improving the doctor-patient relationship,providing professional development and promotion opportunities.
