摘要
汽轮机危急遮断器是防止汽轮机超速的部件。主要介绍了机械式危急遮断器的结构,以及常用理论计算方法,即计算不同转速工况下的危急遮断器运动部件离心惯性力及弹簧力。该方法适用于各种汽轮机,具有普适性。研究成果可为汽轮机危急遮断器的设计提供参考。
Turbine emergency breaker is a component to prevent over-speed in steam turbine.The structure of mechanical emergency breaker is presented,and the common theoretical calculation method is demonstrated,which is to calculate the centrifugal inertia force and spring force of the moving parts in the breaker under different rotating speed conditions.This method is applicable to all kinds of steam turbines and is of universality.The research results can provide reference for the design of emergency breaker in steam turbine.
