摘要
DAC曲线即距离-波幅曲线,是JB/T4730—2005承压设备无损检测标准中必须制作的一组曲线,其用途是为了判定缺陷的大小,给验收标准提供依据.经过多年的超声波探伤实验,总结出利用超声波探伤仪和试块在坐标纸上快速准确制作DAC曲线的方法,为实际探伤提供可靠依据.
DAC curve that is distance-wave amplitude curve,is JB/T4730-2005 pressure equipment nondestructive testing standards must be produced in a set of curves,its use is to determine the size of the defect,to provide a basis for acceptance criteria.After years of ultrasonic flaw detection experiments,the method of using ultrasonic flaw detectors and test blocks to quickly and accurately produce DAC curves on coordinate paper is summarized to provide a reliable basis for actual flaw detection.
