比例(P)、积分(I)和微分(D)控制在工业控制领域具有广泛的应用,P-I-D控制应用的前提是对P-I-D控制的物理内涵的理解.由于传统P-I-D控制的物理内涵教学方法以概念讲解为主,学生对P-I-D控制的物理内涵的理解往往一知半解,处于概念认知层面.通过拟人化的手法,同时结合课程思政,将P-I-D控制的物理内涵用人物性格特征予以描述,化抽象为具体,化无形为有形.该方法既加深了学生对P-I-D控制的物理内涵的理解,又能提升学生学习积极性,让理论概念教学不再乏味无趣,同时还启发学生对个人发展和团队协同的思考.
