摘要
在功能陶瓷的队伍中,压电陶瓷是非常重要的一类成员,应用于工业、军事、科技、医疗等领域。文中从改性机理开始讨论,叙述了不同掺杂元素和掺杂位置对PZT陶瓷压电、铁电性能等性能的影响,并对其发展方向进行了展望。
Piezoelectric ceramics are very important members in the functional ceramics team,which are used in industry,military,science and technology,medical and other fields.The influence of different doping elements and doping positions on the piezoelectric and ferroelectric properties of PZT ceramics is discussed and the development direction of PZT ceramics is prospected.
