摘要
表面电阻是衡量非金属材料导静电性能的关键参数,表面电阻的准确测量对非金属材料在防静电场所的安全使用至关重要。应用常见的两点电极、同心环电极、重锤电极以及自行研制的平行条电极对不同类型的非金属材料进行了表面电阻测试,通过对比验证了平行条电极的准确性。实验结果表明:使用不同电极对同一种材料进行表面电阻测试时,测试结果存在差异;特别是对于材质不均匀或内含导电丝的非金属材料,不同表面测出的表面电阻值也会不同。表面电阻测试值随施加在测试电极上压力的增加而减小。表面电阻测试值随测试电压升高逐渐降低,测试电压达到500 V后,电压对表面电阻值的影响减弱。
Surface resistance is a key parameter to measure the electrostatic conducting performance of non-metallic materials.Accurate measurement of surface resistance is crucial for the safe use of non-metallic materials in anti-static places.The common two-point electrode,concentric ring electrode,cylindrical electrode and self-developed parallel electrode were used to test the surface resistance of different types of non-metallic materials and the accuracy of the parallel electrode was verified by comparison.The experimental results show that,when testing the surface resistance of the same material by different electrodes,the results of test are different.Especially for non-metallic materials with uneven or containing conductive wires,the surface resistance values measured on different surfaces will also be different.The surface resistance value decreases as the pressure applied to the test electrode increases.The surface resistance test value gradually decreases as the test voltage increases.After the voltage reaches 500 V,the influence of the voltage on the surface resistance value will be weaken.
