钢货架节点安全测试与结构安全分析现状

摘要 钢货架是一种典型的冷弯薄壁型钢结构,广泛用于工业生产中的物料存储。由于钢货架梁柱节点的特殊构造,钢货架倒塌等安全事故频发,因此需要对梁柱节点进行安全测试,测试数据用于整体结构的安全评估。针对钢货架梁柱节点的安全测试技术,以及钢货架整体结构安全分析方法的研究现状进行述评。 Steel storage rack is a typical kind of structure made of thin-walled cold-formed steel and it has been widely used for storing goods in industrial production.Due to the special construction of the beam-to-column connection,steel storage racks are prone to accidents such as collapse.For this reason,it is necessary to conduct safety test on the connection to obtain the data which shall be used in safety evaluation of global structure.This paper presents reviews of safety test on beam-to-upright connection and structural safety evaluation methods of steel storage racks.
