摘要
覆膜滤料由于其效率高、阻力稳定等优点,在工业除尘领域被广泛使用。由于覆膜滤料制造工艺多采用热熔覆贴而成,在高温条件下覆膜牢度降低成为不可回避的问题。针对5种工业应用中典型PTFE覆膜滤料,在20、70、120、170、220℃5种温度工况下的覆膜牢度性能进行实验研究。结果表明,覆膜牢度的应力-应变曲线表明薄膜与滤料的脱离方式有脱落式与黏连式两种,覆膜牢度与覆膜工艺关联性不大,与滤料基材的材质有关,耐温好、玻璃化温度高的纤维种类具有更好的高温覆膜牢度以及覆膜牢度保持率,通过温度数据拟合得到了5种典型的PTFE覆膜滤料的高温覆膜牢度性能的经验公式。
Membrane filter material is widely used in the field of industrial dust removal because of its high efficiency and stable resistance.Due to the fact that the manufacturing process of membrane filter materials is mostly made by hot-melt lamination,it becomes an unavoidable problem that the film fastness is reduced under high temperature conditions.In this paper,five kinds of typical PTFE membrane filter materials in industrial application are tested under five temperature conditions of 20℃,70℃,120℃,170℃and 220℃.The results show that the stress-strain curve of the film and the filter material can be separated in two ways,the falling off type and the adhesion type.The film covering fastness is not related to the membrane covering process,but is related to the material of the filter material.The fiber types with good temperature resistance and high glass transition temperature have better high-temperature film covering fastness and retention rate of film covering fastness.Five typical types are obtained by temperature data fitting and an empirical formula for the high temperature color fastness of PTFE membrane filter media has been developed.
