摘要
通过对上市公司高级劳动力要素流动情况进行数据分析,发现自贸试验区的设立并未对区内上市公司高级劳动力要素流动率带来显著影响,但会提升区内上市公司高级劳动力要素的质量水平。基于这一典型化事实,本文将高级劳动力要素流动引入异质性企业模型,对自贸试验区设立影响高级劳动力要素流动的内在机理进行梳理分析,研究发现,自贸试验区的设立将促进区内企业高级劳动力要素质量水平的提升,但对区内企业高级劳动力要素数量的影响并不明确。以中国上市公司微观数据为基础的实证检验也验证了本文的理论结论,设立自贸试验区对区内上市公司董监高人员的流入率以及流出率均无显著影响,但会使得区内上市公司的高级劳动力要素质量提升。
Through the data analysis of the senior labor factor flow of listed companies,it is found that the establishment of the pilot free trade zone does not have a significant impact on the senior labor factor flow rate of listed companies in the zone,but will improve the quality level of senior labor factor of listed companies in the zone.Based on this typical fact,this paper introduces the flow of senior labor factors into the heterogeneous enterprise model,and analyzes the internal mechanism of the influence that the establishment of the pilot Free Trade Zone has on the flow of senior labor factors.However,the impact on the number of senior labor factors of enterprises in the region is not clear.The empirical test based on the micro data of China's listed companies also verifies the theoretical conclusion of this paper.The establishment of the pilot free trade zone has no significant impact on the inflow rate and outflow rate of directors,supervisors and senior staff of listed companies in the zone,but it will improve the quality of senior labor of listed companies in the zone.
