摘要
"职教20条"的出台对高职院校转型发展提出新的要求,如何实现政府举办为主到政府统筹管理、社会多元办学格局的有效转变成为摆在高职院校面前的重要命题。文章立足产业,紧扣需求,提出了实施"以学生为主体的技术创业教育、以教师为主体的技术研发创新、以校办企业为主体的产业开发、以技术传授为核心的社会服务、以工匠精神为引领的创业文化"的技术创业路径,为高素质人才培养和高职院校转型发展提供了一个新的视角和新的方案。
With The introduction of"Twenty Principles of Vocational Education"has put forward new requirements for the transformation and development of vocational colleges.How to realize the effective transformation from government-oriented to overall government management and social diversified school-running pattern has become an important proposition in front of vocational colleges.Articles based on industry,stick to demand,and puts forward the implementation of"take the student as the main body of technology entrepreneurship education,take teachers as the main body of technology innovation,to the school-run enterprises as the main body of the industrial development,technology teaching as the core of social services,to lead the entrepreneurial culture"in the spirit of craftsman technology starts an undertaking the path,and the transformation of higher vocational colleges development for talents cultivating provides a new perspective and a new scheme.
