丹红注射液治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病急性加重期合并肺心病的疗效观察

Therapeutic effect of Danhong injection on acute exacerbation of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease with chronic pulmonary heart disease

目的探讨丹红注射液治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病急性加重期(AECOPD)合并肺心病的疗效。方法将60例AECOPD合并肺心病患者随机分为2组,对照组30例给予常规内科治疗,观察组30例在对照组基础上加用丹红注射液。比较2组治疗后的临床症状,凝血功能(PT、APTT、D-二聚体),肺功能指标[包括第1秒用力呼气容积(FEV1)、FEV1占预计值百分比(FEV1%)、FEV1/用力肺活量(FVC)]的结果。结果治疗第7天,观察组患者临床症状,凝血功能、肺功能均优于优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论丹红注射液能改善AECOPD合并肺心病患者的临床症状、凝血功能、肺功能,安全有效。

Objective To investigate the efficacy of Danhong injection in the treatment of acute exacerbation of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease with Chronic pulmonary heart disease.Methods 60 patients with AECOPD with Chronic pulmonary heart disease were randomly divided into 2 groups,and 30 patients in the control group were given routine medical treatment.And 30 patients in the observation group were treated with Danhong injection on the basis of the control group.Compare the clinical symptoms after treatment,coagulation function(PT,APTT,D-dimer),lung function index(including forced expiratory volume in 1 second(FEV1)),FEV1 as a percentage of predicted value(FEV1%),FEV1/Results of forced vital capacity(FVC).Results On the 7th day of treatment,the clinical symptoms of the observation group,coagulation function,lung function were better than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Danhong injection can improve the clinical symptoms,coagulation function and lung function of patients with AECOPD and pulmonary heart disease,and it is safe and effective.
