伢典Ⅲ代治疗儿童乳磨牙龋的临床研究

Clinicalstudy of CarisolvⅢin the treatment of deciduous molar caries in children

目的探讨伢典Ⅲ代在儿童乳磨牙龋中的临床效果。方法选择2018年11月—2019年9月3~10岁乳磨牙龋坏患儿90例为对象,根据患儿年龄分为3~6岁组、6~8岁组和8-10岁组。以自身作为对照,根据同颌同名原则完成配对,根据随机化原则分为对照组和观察组,各45例;对照组初诊时选择涡轮机去龋,复诊时给予伢典化学去龋;观察组初诊采用伢典化学去龋,复诊时采用涡轮机去龋,比较2组疼痛、焦虑、接受程度。结果观察组干预后焦虑及合作行为优于对照组(P<0.05);Wong-Baker脸图等级优于对照组(P<0.05);3~6岁组24例,6~8岁组36例,8~10岁组30例,不同年龄段组接受程度差异无统计意义(P>0.05)。结论伢典Ⅲ代化学机械去龋技术用于儿童龋病中能获得良好效果,具有操作简单、无噪音等优点,对于低龄儿童具有较高的接受度,能减轻患儿的恐惧感,值得推广。

Objective To study the clinical effect of Carisolv Ⅲ for the caries of children’s decidual molars. Methods A total of 90 children with deciduous molar caries aged 3-10 years from November 2018 to September 2019 were selected and divided into three to six years old group, six to eight years old group and eight to ten years old group according to their ages. The patients were randomly divided into control group and observation group with 45 cases in each group according to the principle of homonymity. In the control group, a new turbine was selected for caries removal, and a new chemo was given for caries removal. In the observation group, a new chemo for caries removal was used, and a new chemo for caries removal was used. Pain, anxiety, and acceptance were compared between the two groups. Results Anxiety and cooperative behavior of the two groups were significantly improved after intervention.Compared with the control group, the anxiety and cooperative behavior of the new group were superior(P<0.05). Wong-Baker face map grade was significantly improved in both groups. The grade of Wong-Baker face map in the observation group was superior to that in the control group(P<0.05). There were 24 cases in 3-6 years old group, 36 cases in 6-8 years old group, and 30 cases in 8-10 years old group. There was no statistical significance in the degree of acceptance in different age groups(P>0.05). Conclusion Carisolv Ⅲ chemical-mechanical technology for caries removal in children had good results, simple operation, no noise and other advantages. It was well accepted for young children, and could relieve the fear of patients. Therefore, it was worth promoting and applying.
