朱氏正骨联合颈深层肌肉训练治疗慢性非特异性颈痛的临床研究

Clinical study of Zhu's bone setting combined with deep cervical muscle training for chronic non-specific neck pain

目的分析朱氏正骨手法联合颈深层肌肉训练治疗慢性非特异性颈痛(CNSNP)的临床疗效。方法将60例诊断为CNSNP的患者随机分成试验组30例和对照组30例,试验组干预措施为朱氏正骨手法联合颈深层肌肉训练,对照组为关节松动术联合颈深层肌肉训练。分别在干预前、干预后1周、干预后1个月采用视觉模拟评分法(VAS)和颈椎功能障碍指数评分量表(NDI)评估2组治疗效果,。结果2组治疗前的VAS与NDI评分差异无统计学意义(P>0.05):治疗后观察组VAS与NDI评分均优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论朱氏正骨手法联合颈深层肌肉训练治疗慢性非特异性颈痛疗效优于关节松动术联合颈深层肌肉训练组,且起效更快,短期效益高。

Objective To analyze the clinical efficacy of Zhu's bone setting technique combined with deep cervical muscle training in the treatment of chronic non-specific neck pain(CNSNP).Methods Sixty patients diagnosed with CNSNP were randomly divided into a test group of 30 cases and a control group of 30 cases.The intervention measures of the experimental group were Zhu's bone setting technique combined with deep neck muscle training:the control group was joint mobilization combined with deep neck muscle training.The visual analogue scale(VAS)and the cervical spine dysfunction index scale(NDI)were used to evaluate before the intervention,1 week after the intervention,and 1 month after the intervention,and the results of the two groups were statistically analyzed.Results There was no statistically significant difference in VAS and NDI scores between the experimental group and the control group before treatment(P>0.05):there were statistically significant differences in VAS and NDI scores within and between the two groups after treatment(P<0.05).Conclusion Zhu's bone setting technique combined with deep cervical muscle training and joint mobilization combined with deep cervical muscle training are effective for chronic non-specific neck pain,and can reduce the intensity of neck pain and improve cervical spine function.Zhu's bone setting technique combined with deep cervical muscle training The group is better than the joint mobilization combined with deep neck muscle training group,and the former has faster onset and high short-term benefits.
