中医药调节中晚期非小细胞肺癌免疫微环境的研究进展

Research progress of TCM regulating immune microenvironment of middle and advanced non-small cell lung cancer

目前,晚期非小细胞肺癌(advanced non-small cell lung cancer,NSCLC)对我国的国民健康造成严重威胁,其发病人数和死亡人数逐年上升,排名占恶性肿瘤的第一位。此时肿瘤患者的免疫微环境多处于紊乱状态,免疫细胞的正负调控水平失衡,致机体免疫受到抑制。而中医药能够对免疫细胞进行多靶点调控从而改善机体免疫状态,重新恢复机体的免疫调节功能。

At present,advanced non-small cell lung cancer(NSCLC)causes a serious threat to the health of the population in China,which incidence and mortality are increasing year by year,ranking the first in malignant tumors.At the time,the immune microenvironment of tumor patients is mostly in a state of disorder,and the level of positive and negative regulation immune cell is unbalanced,resulting in immune suppression.While,traditional chinese medicine can regulate inmmune cells by multiple targets to improve the immune state of the body and restore the immune regulation function of the body.
