地方高师院校转型背景下有机化学课程应用型人才培养模式探析

Talent Training Mode of Organic Chemistry in Normal Universities under the Background of Transformation

目前高等师范院校有机化学教学存在一定的问题,无法适应新时代培养学生创新思维和创新能力的形势,所以改革教学模式势在必行。文章从教材改革、教学方式、考核方式等三方面提出培养创新型人才的有机化学教学改革的思路,为高等师范院校有机化学教学模式的改革与实施提供参考。

There are certain problems in current organic chemistry teaching in normal universities and colleges,which can’t keep up with the situation of cultivating students with innovative thinking and abilities in the new era.Therefore,it is imperative to reform the teaching model.In this paper,some ideas for the reform of organic chemistry teaching to cultivate innovative talents are proposed from the aspects of textbook reform,teaching methods,and assessment methods,respectively.It is proposed to provide a reference for the reform and implementation of organic chemistry teaching model in higher normal colleges.
