中医情志护理联合舒适护理对重症监护焦虑症患者不良情绪的影响

Effect of Chinese Medicine Emotional Nursing Combined with Comfort Nursing on Bad Mood in ICU Patients with Anxiety Disorder

目的:观察中医情志护理联合舒适护理联合干预对重症监护焦虑症患者不良情绪及生活质量的影响。方法:将重症监护焦虑症患者98例随机分为对照组和观察组各49例。2组患者入院后均给予基础护理干预,观察组联合中医情志护理及舒适护理联合干预。观察2组患者护理干预后的不良情绪和生活质量情况。结果:护理干预后,2组抑郁、焦虑评分均较干预前降低(P<0.05);且观察组2项评分均低于对照组(P<0.05)。护理干预后,2组生理功能、生理职能、精神健康、社会功能、躯体疼痛、情感职能、活力、总体健康等生活质量评分均较治疗前升高(P<0.05),且观察组各项评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:重症监护焦虑患者采用中医情志护理和舒适护理联合干预,能有效缓解其焦虑、抑郁情绪,提高患者生活质量。

Objective:To observe the effect of Chinese medicine emotional nursing combined with comfort nursing on bad mood and quality of life in ICU patients with anxiety disorder.Methods:A total of 98 ICU patients with anxiety disorder were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group,49 cases in each group.Both groups were intervened with basic nursing after admission,and the observation group was additionally intervened with Chinese medicine emotional nursing and comfort nursing.The bad psychological mood and quality of life in the two groups after nursing were observed.Results:After intervention,the scores of depression and anxiety in the two groups were decreased when compared with those before intervention(P<0.05),and the two scores in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).After intervention,the scores of physical function,physical function,mental health,social function,physical pain,emotional function,vitality and general health in both groups were increased when compared with those before intervention(P<0.05),and the above scores in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The combined intervention of Chinese emotional nursing and comfort nursing can significantly relieve anxiety and depression and significantly improve the quality of life for ICU patients with anxiety.
