摘要
“一带一路”命运共同体建设带来了职业教育的国际化发展,英语成为推进职业学校服务“一带一路”建设的关键要素。中职生职业英语能力培养存在教师素养难以支撑职业英语能力培养需求,传统教材不能满足职业英语能力培养要求,教学方法无法适应职业英语能力培养需要等问题。“三教”改革背景下,中职生职业英语能力培养应促进“双师素养”型职业英语教师队伍的建设,形成特色鲜明的教材开发体系,探索能力本位的课堂新教法,提高学生的职业英语能力,为培养胜任涉外工作岗位和具有国际竞争力的优秀毕业生提供保障。
The community of shared future of"the Belt and Road Initiative"has brought about the internationalization of vocational education and English has become a key element in promoting vocational schools to serve the construction of"the Belt and Road". There are some problems in the cultivation of vocational English ability of students in secondary vocational schools,such as the failure of teachers’ level to support the needs of vocational English ability cultivation,the traditional textbooks unable to meet the requirements of vocational English ability cultivation,and the teaching methods inadaptable to the needs of vocational English ability cultivation. In the background of"three-education reform",the cultivation of vocational English ability of secondary vocational students can promote the construction of vocational English teachers with "dual-qualified quality",form a distinctive textbook development system,explore new ability-based classroom teaching methods and improve students’ vocational English ability so as to provide guarantee for the cultivation of excellent graduates who are competent for foreign-related jobs and have international competitiveness.
