摘要
加入《华盛顿协议》是我国工程教育迈出的重要一步。成都理工大学能源学院自2016年申请石油工程专业认证以来,总结整理了针对不同评价主体、针对培养目标合理性的座谈、访谈交流和问卷调查。基于评价认识,从“四大支柱说”体系下的培养目标内涵、与专业定位匹配度、适应行业发展情况以及与毕业要求的对应支撑关系四大方面进行了培养目标持续改进分析。在已有培养目标合理性评价与改进机制基础上,形成了更加适应行业趋势和需求,定位明确、层次清晰、逻辑结构合理的培养目标内容,为提高专业培养目标认识水平和专业认证工作有序开展提供有益借鉴。
The petroleum engineering in Chengdu University of Technology has been continuously improving its cultivating objectives according to the industry development and socio-economic trends since 2012.Along with the beginning of the preparation for Engineering Education Certification,a series of discussions,interviews and questionnaires have been carried out among different evaluation subjects.Based on the understanding of evaluation results and the“four-pillars”system,this paper explores the continuous improvement of the cultivating objectives from four aspects:connotation elaboration of cultivating objectives,the matched-degree with the specialty orientation,the adaptation to the industry development trend,and the corresponding supporting relationship with the graduation requirements.On the basis of the existing reasonable evaluation and improvement system,a cultivating objective,which is closer to the industry trend and demand,and has clear positioning,distinctive nuance and reasonable logical structure,is recommended.This provides a useful reference for improving the understanding of the cultivating objectives and orderly carrying out the Engineering Education Certification.
