硫化铅锌矿物浮选药剂应用研究进展 被引量:7

摘要 浮选是多金属硫化矿分离铅锌最有效的方法之一。铅锌分离困难的主要原因是方铅矿和闪锌矿具有相近的可浮性、二者致密共生且嵌布关系复杂,而解决该问题的关键在于高效浮选药剂的选择与应用。系统概述了硫化铅锌矿捕收剂、抑制剂、活化剂和pH值调整剂的主要应用研究进展,分析了各种浮选药剂的适用范围以及优缺点。指出药剂制度的优化和新药剂的研发应遵循高效、低成本和无污染等原则。 The flotation is one of the most effective methods for separation of lead and zinc from lead-zinc polymetallic sulfide ore.The difficult separation of lead and zinc is due to the similar floatability of galena and sphalerite,the dense symbiosis and complex dissemination relationship.The key to solve this difficult problem is the selection and application of efficient flotation reagents.In this paper,the major research advances of lead-zinc sulfide ore collector,depressant,activator and pH value modifier are overall summarized.The sphere of application,merits and demerits of flotation reagents are analyzed.It was pointed out that the optimization of reagent system and the development of new reagent should follow the principles of high efficiency,low cost and no pollution.
