“邻里社区”视角下城市独居青年社区社交服务系统设计研究

Research on the Design of Community Social Service System for Urban Solitary Youth from the Perspective of"Neighborhood Community"

随城市化进程的快速发展,我国日益增多的城市独居青年普遍面临群体交往少、扩展社交圈的途径及场所有限等问题。文章从"邻里社区"视角出发,通过对其居住、生活、社交情况展开调研,绘制目标用户画像并构建用户旅程地图以挖掘设计机会点。提出以社区为中心的设计策略:营造智慧共享的社区邻里中心、提供人性化的邻里社群服务、构建积极引导的邻里社区管理机制,进而提升城市独居青年的归属感、认同感与价值感。

With the rapid development of urbanization,an increasing number of the urban youth living alone in China are facing problems such as less group communication and limited ways and places to expand their social circles.Based on the"neighborhood community"perspective,we launches the research on their living,life,social situation,drew portrait of target users and built the user journey maps to dig out design point.We put forward the community centered design strategy:building wisdom sharing community neighborhood center,providing humanized neighborhood community service,constructing actively guided neighborhood community management mechanism,to improve urban living youth’s sense of belonging,identity and value.
