Research on Industrial Building Heritage based on Protective Transformation and Reuse

工业建筑遗产由于具备人类历史的物质承载性和城市发展的见证作用,已成为当今城市存量更新阶段中的重点改造对象,如何对其进行科学保护与合理利用,以延续城市文脉,推动城市发展,已成为我国遗产保护和城市建设事业中的重要课题。文章从"保护性改造再利用"的观点出发,总结了对工业建筑遗产的不同价值认知,探讨了工业建筑遗产保护与再利用之间的关系,研究了工业建筑遗产进行保护与再利用的相关策略,为其他工业建筑遗产的研究与发展提供借鉴。

Due to the material bearing capacity of human history and the witness role of urban development,industrial architectural heritage has become the key transformation object in the current urban stock renewal stage.How to scientifically protect and reasonably utilize it,so as to continue the urban context and promote urban development,has become an important topic in heritage protection and urban construction in China.From the point of view of"protective transformation and reuse",the paper summarizes the different value cognition of industrial building heritage,and discusses the relationship between the protection and reuse of industrial building heritage,and studies the relevant strategies for the protection and reuse of industrial building heritage,so as to provide reference for the research and development of other industrial building heritage.
