区域产业-人口-空间耦合协调发展研究--基于长三角地区省际面板数据的实证分析

Research on Coordinated Development of Regional Industry-Population-Space Coupling:An Empirical Analysis based on Provincial Panel Data in the Yangtze River Delta

测算产业-人口-空间耦合协调度是衡量区域发展水平的一种重要手段。文章利用长三角地区2007—2018年的省际面板数据,构建产业-人口-空间综合指标体系,对长三角三省一市的耦合协调度进行量化分析。结果显示:一、时间上,2007—2018长三角综合发展水平在波动中不断提升,各系统呈现不同发展态势,区域协调发展水平实现从低度耦合协调阶段跨入中级耦合协调阶段;二、空间上,各省市耦合协调水平显著提升,形成了以江苏领跑,协同上海和浙江带动安徽快速发展的格局。最后,文章提出促进长三角地区耦合协调发展的对策建议。

Measuring the coupling degree of industry-population-space is an important method to measure the level of regional development.The paper uses the inter-provincial panel data of the Yangtze River Delta region from 2007 to 2018 to build an industry-population-spatial comprehensive index system,and quantifies the comprehensive development level and coupling coordination of the Yangtze River Delta region.The results show that firstly,from time to time,the comprehensive development level of the Yangtze River Delta has continuously improved from 2007 to 2018,and each system has shown a different development trend;achievement of regional coordinated development level has moved from barely coupled and coordinated stage to intermediate coupled and coordinated stage,the model has changed from the lag of industry and space coordination to the lag of industry and population coordination.Secondly,spatially,the level of coupling and coordination among provinces and cities has been significantly improved,forming a pattern that takes Jiangsu as the leader and cooperates with Shanghai and Zhejiang to drive the rapid development of Anhui.Finally,the paper puts forward countermeasures and suggestions to promote the coordinated development of the Yangtze River Delta region.
