天津市五大道历史文化街区保护利用模式初探

A Preliminary Study on the Protection and Utilization Mode of Tianjin Fifth Avenue Historical and Cultural District

五大道是天津著名的历史文化保护区,至今仍保留着十分原始的历史风貌。天津市的历史风貌保护工作自1998年起从未停歇,20年来已经取得了不小的成绩,在五大道进行的试验改造项目确定了该地区的"PPIS"保护利用基本模式。文章通过实地调研发现实验改造项目使用过程中的现实问题,并分析试验区"PPIS"保护利用模式的不足之处及其推广过程中的局限性,尝试提出历史街区"PPIS"保护利用模式的提升与推广策略。

Fifth avenue is a famous historical and cultural protected areas in Tianjin,which still retains the primitive historical style and features.The protection work about the history of Tianjin style has never ceased since 1998,and over the past 20 years has made no small achievements.The experiment and renovation projects carried out on Fifth Avenue identified the basic mode of PPIS protection and utilization in this region.The paper found the problems in the process of experimental reform project through field investigation,analyzed the deficiency of the PPIS protection and utilization mode and its limitations in the process of promoting in the experimental zone,and tried to put forward the lifting and promotion strategy of the PPIS protection and utilization mode in the historic blocks.
