Analysis on the Technique of Creating Diversity Space with Modularization in Industrial Building Reconstruction:Taking Dalian Freen Works as an Example

随着国家现代化进程的不断加快和经济产业结构的转型,许多传统工业迎来了转型或倒闭的结果。工业建筑的改造和再利用无疑会让这些工业遗产重新焕发出生机,改造过程中模块化——集装箱的应用不仅为改造提供了创新点,同时也符合绿色循环经济发展理念。文章从工业建筑室内空间的改造再利用出发探索模块化的应用技巧,总结利用模块化创造多样性空间的一般规律,让这一技巧具有普适性,并结合实际案例对其理论价值进行探索性研究。

With the acceleration of national modernization and the transformation of economic and industrial structure,many traditional industries have been transformed or closed down.The transformation and reuse of industrial buildings will undoubtedly make these industrial heritages revitalized.Modularization in the transformation process not only provides innovation points for the transformation,but also conforms to the concept of green circular economy development.This paper explores the application skills of modularization from the perspective of the renovation and reuse of the interior space of industrial buildings,summarizes the general rules of using modularization to create diverse spaces,and makes this skill universal.In addition,the paper explores its theoretical value in combination with practical cases.
