医药院校分析化学实验项目乙酰水杨酸含量测定的方法改进

乙酰水杨酸含量测定的实验是医药院校本科生分析化学实验开设的一个常规实验项目,该项目在分析化学实验规划教材中所选用的方法是直接滴定法,此方法也是中国药典收录的经典实验方法。由于该方法所需用的试剂和操作具有一定的危险性,文章通过实践对该实验项目进行方法改进,采用返滴定法进行乙酰水杨酸的含量测定,改进后的方法可操作性强,同时因为不需使用中性乙醇,避免危险性的发生,更适合多人同时进行实验,空白实验的操作更能提高学生的分析思维能力,因而该方法可在常规本科分析化学实验项目中使用。

The experiment of acetylsalicylic acid content determination is a routine experiment project of analytical chemistry experiment opened by undergraduate students in medical colleges.The method selected in the teaching material of analytical chemistry experiment planning is direct titration method,which is also the classic experimental method included in Chinese pharmacopoeia.Because this method needs reagent and operation has certain risk,in this article,through the practice method improvement of the experimental items,the back titration method to determine the content of acetyl salicylic acid,the method can improve the maneuverability is strong,at the same time because they do not need to use neutral ethanol,avoid the happening of the risk,more suitable for people to experiment at the same time,This method can train students'analytical chemistry experiment skills,and blank experiment can improve students'analytical thinking ability.Therefore,this method can be used in conventional undergraduate analytical chemistry experiment projects.
