摘要
“芙蓉工匠”可以通过理论课程教学、实习实训教学、技能抽查、技能竞赛、创新创业活动五位一体进行培养。在培养实践中思想认识不到位、理论与实践教学关系把握不到位、学生生源基础薄弱、教师师资不足等因素导致“芙蓉工匠”培养出现困境。需要采取构建校、企、政联动育人机制、优化人才培养目标、培养“芙蓉工匠”型教师、湖湘文化进校园进讲堂等对策培养“芙蓉工匠”。
"Furong Craftsman"can be trained through theoretical curriculum teaching,practice and training teaching,skill spot check,skill competition,innovation and entrepreneurship activities.In the training practice,the training of"hibiscus craftsmen"is in a dilemma due to some factors,such as inadequate ideological understanding,inadequate grasp of the relationship between theory and practice teaching,weak source of students and insufficient teachers.In order to cultivate"Furong Craftsman",some measures should be taken,such as constructing the linkage education mechanism of school,enterprise and government,optimizing the training target of talents,training"Furong Craftsman"type teachers,and bringing Huxiang culture into campus and lecture hall.
