外派人员的知识转移:概念界定与影响因素

摘要 外派人员的知识转移能力对跨国公司维持和提升其国际竞争力具有重要的意义。基于梳理知识转移的概念和类型,分析了影响外派人员知识转移的因素。对外派人员知识转移的进一步研究需要探讨各因素的综合效应及其对知识转移效果影响的路径和机制,设计外派人员知识转移影响因素和效果的量化指标,结合跨国公司战略充分考虑外派人员知识转移的动态变化。 The ability of expatriates to transfer knowledge is of great significance for multinational enterprises to maintain and enhance their international competitiveness.This paper sorts out the definition and types of knowledge transfer and analyzes the influencing factors of expatriates’transfer knowledge.This paper believes that further researches need to explore the comprehensive effects of various factors and the path and mechanism of their influence on the effect of knowledge transfer,to design the quantitative indicators of the influencing factors and effects of knowledge transfer of expatriates,and to fully consider the dynamic changes of knowledge transfer of expatriates in combination with the strategy of multinational enterprises.
