高职院校劳动教育融入专业教学的思考

Thoughts on the Integration of Labor Education into Professional Teaching in Higher Vocational Colleges

劳动教育是中国特色社会主义教育制度的重要内容。高职教育人才培养目标是培养符合社会主义现代化强国建设和发展需要的技术技能型人才,内在的包含有劳动教育的要求,内在的要求培养学生的劳动精神、劳模精神和工匠精神。在调查研究高职学生劳动观基本状况的基础上,提出高职院校劳动教育不仅应当开设专门的劳动教育课程,还应当将劳动教育贯穿在高职教育的整个专业教育教学过程中,提出在专业教学中融入劳动教育的必要性和开展劳动教育的基本途径。

Labor education is an important part of the socialist educational system with Chinese characteristics.The goal of personnel training in higher vocational education is to cultivate skilled personnel who meet the needs of building and developing a strong socialist country,the Intrinsic Request trains the student's Work Spirit,the model worker spirit and the craftsman spirit.On the basis of investigating and studying the basic situation of the Labor view of the students in higher vocational colleges,this paper puts forward that the Labor Education in higher vocational colleges should not only set up special labor education courses,in addition,labor education should run through the whole process of professional education in higher vocational education,and the necessity of incorporating labor education into professional teaching and the basic ways of carrying out labor education should be put forward.
