水平井连续封隔体ICD完井生产动态数值模拟方法研究 被引量:9

摘要 连续封隔体ICD完井采用砾石充填技术可有效阻断入流液体在井筒与ICD管环空中的横向流动、增强控水能力,在底水油藏水平井取得了良好的增油效果,但目前缺乏对连续封隔体ICD完井生产动态模拟的有效手段,封隔体ICD的控水效果难以得到客观评价。本文在分析底水油藏水平井连续封隔体ICD完井流动规律的基础上,建立了水平井连续封隔体ICD完井生产动态数值模拟计算模型,并进行了实例验证。计算结果表明:本文所建立的生产动态数值模拟计算模型具有较高的精度,可有效应用于水平井连续封隔体ICD完井的优化设计和控水效果评价,具有较好的推广应用价值。 The gravel packing technology used in ICD(inflow control device)completion with continuous packer can effectively block the horizontal flow of inflow fluid in annulus between wellbore and ICD pipe,enhance water control ability,and achieve good oil-increasing effect in horizontal wells of bottom water reservoir.However,there is currently a lack of effective means to simulate the production performance of ICD completion with continuous packer,which makes it difficult to objectively evaluate the water control effect of ICD completion with continuous packer.Based on the analysis of the mobility pattern of ICD completion with continuous packer in horizontal wells of bottom water reservoir,a numerical simulation model for production performance of ICD completion with continuous packer in horizontal wells is established and verified by an example.The simulation results show that the numerical simulation model for production performance established in this paper has high accuracy,and can be effectively applied to the optimization design and water control effect evaluation of ICD completion with continuous packer in horizontal wells,showing a good value of popularization and application.
