公民个人志愿参与公共数字文化服务现状调查与分析

Investigation and Analysis of the Status of Individual Volunteers Participating in Public Digital Cultural Services

近年来,我国政府相继颁布了一系列推动社会力量参与公共数字文化服务的政策规章。作为重要的社会力量之一,公民个人参与公共数字文化服务具有重要的现实意义。通过问卷,从参与行为、满意度、意愿、诉求和价值认知等几个方面调查了公民个人志愿参与公共数字文化服务现状,研究发现:公民自愿参与公共数字文化服务的广度不够、深度有限,公共文化机构宣传招募自愿者的方式有待改进、缺乏配套培训机制、缺乏审核评估措施、激励制度尚未完善。

In recent years,the Chinese government has successively promulgated a series of policies and regulations to promote social forces to participate in public digital cultural services.As one of the important social forces,individuals participating in public digital cultural services have important practical significance.Questionnaires were conducted to understand participation behavior,satisfaction,willingness,need and value cognition,so as to reveal the status of citizens’ voluntary participation in public digital cultural services.The survey results showed that the breadth of citizens’ voluntary participation in public digital cultural services was insufficient;the depth limited;the publicizing efforts and recruitment method are to be improved;there is a lack in supportive training mechanism,in review and evaluation measures;and the incentive system has not been enhanced.
