Objective To study the clinical effect of cerebrovascular perfusion for acute watershed cerebral infarction. Methods Conveniently selected 92 patients with acute watershed cerebral infarction during the period from March 2019 to March 2020 who were treated in the hospital.46 cases were randomly selected as group A,and routine treatment was carried out.The remaining 46 cases were set as group B,carrying out cerebrovascular perfusion therapy,to summarize and analyze the clinical treatment results of the 2 groups of patients. Results After treatment, the total effective rate(95.83%)of transient ischemic attack of the vertebrobasilar system of patient B was significantly higher than that of group A(66.67%),the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=4.676,P<0.05);and the total effective rate(95.45%)of the treatment of transient ischemic attack in the internal carotid artery system of the group B was also significantly higher than that of the group A(68.00%),the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=4.062,P<0.05).Conclusion The effect of cerebrovascular interventional perfusion therapy for patients with acute watershed cerebral infarction is ideal, which can improve the clinical symptoms of the patients and promote the recovery of the disease.
