摘要
利用电沉积方法制备纳米线阵列具有方法简单、条件温和、调控简便等优点,具有广阔的应用前景。综述了近期利用电沉积法制备纳米线阵列的研究进展,通过分析目前技术现状探讨了其未来发展趋势。
For its advantages like simple process,mild reaction conditions,simplifying regulation and so on,the use of electrodeposition to prepare nanowire arrays has broad application prospects.The research progresses on the preparation of nanowire arrays by electrodeposition are reviewed,and its future development trend is discussed by analyzing the current situation of the technology.
