异步联网下云南电网低频与超低频振荡综合抑制策略 被引量:9

Comprehensive suppression strategies for low frequency and ultra-low frequency oscillations of the Yunnan power grid under asynchronous interconnection

摘要 异步联网后,云南电网出现了长时间的超低频振荡(Ultra-Low Frequency Oscillation,ULFO)现象。通过对水轮机调速器(Turbine Governor,TG)PID参数的整定,ULFO现象得以有效抑制。但随着TG参数的修改,电网出现了一些隐性问题,如TG与发电机励磁调节器(Generator Excitation Regulator,GER)的耦合问题和低频振荡(Low Frequency Oscillation,LFO)阻尼降低问题,严重威胁云南电网的安全稳定运行。针对异步联网下云南电网TG与GER耦合现象,提出了一种LFO与ULFO综合抑制策略。为快速获取TG和GER的最优PID参数,采用寻优性能高效的多元宇宙优化(Multi-Verse Optimization,MVO)算法进行求解。最后,将基于人工整定、遗传算法(Genetic Algorithm,GA)整定和MVO算法整定的最优PID参数进行仿真校验,仿真结果验证了所提策略的有效性和优势。 After asynchronous interconnection,the Yunnan Power Grid has experienced a long-term Ultra-Low Frequency Oscillation(ULFO)which can be significantly suppressed through the optimization of PID parameters of the Turbine Governor(TG).However,the variation of TG parameters leads to some hidden problems in the power grid,such as the coupling between the TG and the Generator Excitation Regulator(GER)and Low Frequency Oscillation(LFO)caused by damping reduction.These problems seriously threaten the safe and stable operation of the Yunnan Power Grid.This paper develops a comprehensive suppression strategy of LFO and ULFO to handle the coupling problem between TG and GER in the Yunnan Power Grid under asynchronous interconnection.In detail,an efficient Multi-Verse Optimization(MVO)algorithm is employed to rapidly obtain optimal PID parameters of the TG and the GER.Lastly,simulation experiments are implemented based on optimal PID parameters obtained under manual tuning,and a Genetic Algorithm(GA)and the MVO algorithm.These validate the effectiveness and advantages of the proposed strategy.
