摘要
为解决传统罐区作业安全培训方式枯燥、体验度差、安全性低的问题,通过参考实际罐区的图纸资料及安全评价报告,设计仿真逻辑和交互脚本,开发了罐区作业安全培训系统,以提升培训质量。所设计的系统实现了罐区设备功能和工况的仿真及基于运算的罐区作业流程仿真功能。通过事故树分析(fault tree analysis,FTA)确定事故场景触发条件,并将其与作业流程相融合,实现了基于FTA的事故后果展示功能,有助于提高作业人员的安全意识,为罐区作业安全培训提供了一种方便易用、实践性强、安全有效的培训手段。
In order to solve the problems of boredom,low experience and poor safety in traditional tank farm operation safety training,we have developed simulation logic and interactive scripts by reference to the drawings and safety evaluation reports of an actual tank farm,resulting in a tank farm operation safety training system with enhanced training quality.The system realizes a series of functions,such as function and condition simulation of equipment in the tank farm,and calculation-based tank farm operation process simulation.In addition,the system determines the trigger conditions of an accident scene through fault tree analysis(FTA),and integrates them with the operation process,so as to realize the function of accident consequence display based on FTA,which promotes improved the safety awareness in operators.Overall,the system provides a convenient,practical,safe and effective training protocol for operation safety training in tank farms.
