表达是教育存在与创新的基本形式,语言是教育表达需要遵循的规则和框架,教育表达语言代表了一定时代背景下经过主观意志加工后的经验知识。在教育的人际传播之中,语言表达不仅有其特定的教育定位,也以逻辑、情感、道德层次化结构呈现出来。如果将教育表达语言视为一个球体,那么实践基石上科学逻辑是教育表达语言的“地表层”设置,人文渗透下充沛的情感是教育表达语言的“地幔层”设置,生命反思中高尚的道德是教育表达语言的“地心层”设置。只有理清教育表达语言的结构层次,将逻辑、情感、道德由表及里不断强化,才能真正使教育表达语言回归教育本质,成为促进教育质效提升的关键钥匙。

Expression is the basic form of educational existence and innovation. Language is the rule and framework that educational expression needs to follow,and educational expression language represents the experience and knowledge processed by the subjective will in the context of certain times. In the interpersonal communication of education,language expression not only has its specific educational orientation,but also can be presented in the hierarchical structure of logic,emotion and morality. If the educational expression language is regarded as a sphere,then the scientific logic on the basis of practice is the "surface"setting of the educational expression language,the abundant emotion under the humanistic infiltration is the "mantle"setting of the educational expression language,and the noble morality in the life reflection is the "inner earth"setting of the educational expression language. Only by clarifying the structural level of the language of educational expression and continuously strengthening the logic,emotion and morality from the outside to the inside,can the educational expression languagetruly return to the essence of education and become the key to promote the quality and efficiency of education.
