摘要
精密钢球减速传动是一种摆线类活齿传动,钢球和摆线盘的啮合传动是一种复杂的空间接触运动,在设计中分析啮合接触的静动态特性具有重要意义,本文利用WORKBENCH有限元仿真平台,分析了二级精密钢球减速传动机构在某一个接触状态下的应力和变形,同时分析了减速系统的固有频率和振型,为减速机构的设计及优化提供重要的参考。
The precision ball deceleration transmission is a cycloidal movable tooth transmission system,where the meshing drive of the ball and cycloid disk is a complex space contact movement.The analyses of the static and dynamic characteristics of the meshing contact have great significance during the design process.Based on the platform of finite element simulation software WORKBENCH,the paper analyzes the stress and deformation of the two-stage precision ball deceleration transmission under a certain contact state.And the natural frequency and vibration mode of the deceleration system are analyzed.It provides the significant reference for the design and optimization of the deceleration mechanism.
