摘要
在训练和比赛中,充足的营养摄入是保证游泳运动员完成训练与比赛、优化运动表现、保持长期的健康状态的基础。该文通过文献综述,梳理近年来有关游泳运动员运动营养的相关研究。该文结合项目特点,探讨各类营养物质对运动表现和身体健康产生的影响与作用,鼓励教练员与运动员注重科学合理的营养计划,最大限度地提高竞技能力和运动成绩,为进一步探索游泳运动员的最佳营养策略提供研究基础。
Adequate nutritional intake is the fundamental part to ensure training and competition,optimize sports performance and maintain long-term health.This article summarizes the related research on nutrition of swimming in recent years through literature review.Combining the characteristics of swimming,explore the effects of various nutrients on sports performance and physical health,encourage coaches and athletes to pay attention to scientific and reasonable nutrition plans,and maximize the sports performance.To provide a research foundation for further exploring the best nutritional strategies for swimmers.
