摘要
形体锻炼是一项比较优美、高雅的健身项目,主要是通过舒展优美的舞蹈基础来进行练习,它可以塑造人们优美的体态,培养高雅的气质,也可以纠正人们生活中不正确的姿态。而对于当代女大学生而言,生理和心理上出现的微妙变化促使她们更加注重对自身形体的锻炼,但在锻炼中仍存在诸多的认识误区,基于此,该文运用文献综述法和分析法等,从心理学、训练学、营养学等不同学科角度,对其锻炼中存在的认识误区进行探讨和分析,从而提出科学合理的解决对策。
Body exercise is a beautiful,elegant fitness project,mainly to stretch the beautiful dance basis to practice,it can shape people's graceful posture,cultivate elegant temperament,but also to correct the incorrect posture in people's life.For contemporary female college students,because of the physiological and psychological of subtle change has helped them pay more attention to their own form of exercise,but there are still many misunderstanding in the exercise,based on this,in this paper,using the method of literature review and analysis,from the psychology,training study,nutrition,the angle of different disciplines,such as the misunderstanding existing in the exercise were discussed and analyzed,and then puts forward the reasonable countermeasures.
