体教融合背景下山西省排球后备人才培养模式研究

Reserve Volleyball Talents'Cultivating Mode in Shanxi Province under the Combination of Sports and Education

为贯彻深化体教融合的意见,推动青少年文化学习和体育锻炼协调发展,促进青少年健康成长,山西省太原市排球后备人才培养基地在体教融合的大背景下,加强学校体育工作,将体育和教学相融合,打造学练一体的体系,树立“让优秀运动员从学校走出来”的先进理念。而第三实验中学排球俱乐部在后备人才培养基地中作为佼佼者出现,多次获得山西省排球联赛冠军,全国各大排球比赛成绩名列前茅,师资力量雄厚,训练环境先进,训练手段科学。该文运用文献资料法、问卷调查法、数理统计法,以太原市第三实验中学排球俱乐部为例,研究其后备人才的培养模式,促进该俱乐部竞技体育发展,结合“体教融合”的研究,提出相应的发展策略,为新时代背景下排球后备人才培养模式提供理论参考依据。

In order to implement the opinions on deepening the integration of sports and education,promote the coordinated development of youth cultural learning and physical exercise,and promote the healthy growth of youth,under the background of the integration of sports and education,Taiyuan volleyball reserve talents training base of Shanxi Province strengthens the work of school physical education,integrates sports and teaching,and builds the integration of learning and practicing.Establish the advanced concept of let excellent athletes come out of school.And the third experimental middle school volleyball club in the reserve personnel training base as the leader appear,has won the volleyball league champion in Shanxi Province,the major volleyball game before the top results,strong teachers,advanced training environment,training means scientific.By using the methods of literature,questionnaire investigation and mathematical statistics,taking the volleyball club of No.3 Experimental Middle School in Taiyuan City as an example,this article researches into the cultivation mode of the reserve talents and promotes the development of the club's athletics in combination with the research of the combination of sports and education,puts forward corresponding development strategy and provides the theoretical reference for the cultivation mode of volleyball reserve talents in the new era.
