地方高校设立少数民族传统体育训练基地的SWOT分析

SWOT Analysis of Establishing Traditional Sports Training Base for Ethnic Minorities in Local Universities

高校是传承和保护少数民族传统体育的主要阵地,在高校设立少数民族传统体育训练基地是对民族传统体育文化的有效保护和传承。该文采用逻辑分析、文献资料法、SWOT分析法对地方高校设立少数民传统体育训基地进行分析和研究,旨在了解地方高校在设立少数民族传统体育训练基地的实际现状,深入透析地方高校在设立训练基地的优势、劣势、机会与威胁,并分析提出相应的改善对策。结果显示,高校设立少数民族传统体育训练基地在教练员、运动员选材、基础建设、管理制度等方面存在弊端。应该扩大政府资金支持,加大宣传,完善基地管理制度,加强队伍建设,提高科研水平。

Colleges and universities are the main positions for inheriting and protecting traditional sports of ethnic minorities.Setting up training bases of traditional sports of ethnic minorities in colleges and universities is an effective protection and inheritance of traditional sports culture of ethnic minorities.In this paper,logical analysis,literature review and SWOT are used to analyze and study the establishment of traditional sports training bases for ethnic minorities in local colleges and universities.The purpose is to understand the actual situation of setting up traditional sports training bases for ethnic minorities in local colleges and universities,deeply analyze the strengths,weaknesses,opportunities and threats of setting up training bases in local colleges and universities,and analyze and put forward corresponding improvement countermeasures.The results show that there are some disadvantages in setting up traditional sports training bases for ethnic minorities in colleges and universities,such as selecting coaches,athletes,infrastructure and management system.We should expand government financial support,increase publicity,improve base management system,strengthen team building and improve scientific research level.
